Quinns Rocks Plumbing Service has been operating in the rapidly growing northern suburbs since it was founded by Bill Olsen in 1980. After taking over the business in 1999, Ric and Justine Olsen have continued to provide a personalised and highly professional service to all clients.
We offer a range of plumbing services including general maintenance in both private and commercial premises, leaking tap repairs, toilet repairs, hot water unit installations/replacements, drain unblocking, electronic leak detections, camera drain inspections, backflow valve servicing, gas installations and much more.
Got an annoying leaky tap? We can service and replace it – saving you water and money.
Don't get left out in the cold. We service, repair and install new gas or electric hot water units. We also replace safety valves.
We install new bayonets, heaters, cook tops and gas lines to outdoor kitchens and barbecues. We even test existing gas lines for leakages.
Get to the bottom of the problem! We easily inspect for damage in drains and water pipes, plus locate blockages or leaks.
There's nothing worse than not being able to use the toilet. We fix and service leaking and blocked toilets, and install new ones.
We know how much of a nightmare a leaky roof can be – we fix leaks on all types of roofing.
We clear blockages fast with a drain machine. We can also remove tree roots and other major obstructions with our high pressure water jetter.
For older properties still on septic tanks, we provide an inspection and pump out service.
If your downpipes and gutters are blocked, leaking or rusted, we can clear, repair or replace them.
No job is too small or large for us. We repair and replace burst pipes and fittings underground or in-wall.
Getting a particularly high water bill? We carry out electronic leak detection to locate broken pipes underground or in-wall.
Following the rapid development of Covid-19, Quinns Rocks Plumbing Service has put in place a system to reduce the impact of the virus on our clients and employees. Effective Monday 16/3/2020, our whole team will have received the below checklists (Covid-19Curtailment Checklist/procedure and Covid-19 Positive Checklist/Procedure). We have also provided training to our employees to help them implement the procedures.
We are monitoring the day to day updates from the Government of Western Australia Department of Health, and any further developments will immediately be communicated to our employees. We have implemented a “work separately”system whenever possible to avoid a Joondalup Plumbing Service employee passing the virus on to another staff member. We have also contacted our subcontractors to provide any necessary backup.
Our supplies have not been affected by the Covid-19 virus so far. Ongoing communication with our suppliers has been continuous and alternative suppliers have been entered into our procurement system. The situation is evolving rapidly, and we are committed to keeping you informed as we work through what is a challenging time for everyone. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact Ric on 0412 936 859 or Justine on 0403 496 516.
